Our house is in the middle of delightful countryside with its own small lake. We have 2 cats. (Our end date is flexible and we would consider a shorter time span) We are in South western France, in the Aveyron region. Our nearest village is Najac, a unique 13th Century Bastide village. We have a wood burner to keep warm, winter days can be cold but others are sunny. Our nearest supermarket is less than a 6 minutes drive away. Our nearest town is Villefranche de Rouergue 20 minutes away, with a thriving Thursday market, numerous shops, supermarkets & restaurants. Our cats are quite independent but need some attention and feeding twice daily. We have Fiber Internet, UK TV and a good mobile phone signal. If you want to relax in our comfortable quiet home this may be the place for you. (the dates may vary some days either side) You will definitely need a car whilst here and we will want you to contribute for the heating & electric that you use, whilst here. Our house is in the middle of the countryside with its own small lake. It is a fairly modern house with a wood burner as primary source of heating. No immediate neighbours, just farm land and woods. We are located near to the village of Najac, a 13th century bastide village. Our nearest supermarket is less than 6 minutes away. Our nearest town is Villefranche de Rouergue 25 minutes away, with a thriving Thursday market and many supermarkets.
