The house is a quiet, clean, comfortable, well-lit and spacious place. Very quiet and familiar neighborhood. Big town with lots of things to do. 10 minute walking distance from Historic Downton with beautiful colonial architecture, full of cafés, bars and cultural events. 5 minute walking is the Alameda central city park and transportation hub. There are also many atractions around the city for day trips such as vineyards, magical small towns, and places to hike. The house is easy access to anywhere in the city and outside as the main highway is just some blocks away (not a single noise tho). Very close to bus station.
