I have 2 cats. Louie is 17 years old and Marvin 16. Louie has daily oral medication. Marvin requires daily eye lubricant and both take a daily joint supplement. They do take all of these very well. They are fed wet and dry food and they use a litter tray. They are predominantly indoor cats and they spend a lot of time curled up sleeping. Both cats are very friendly. Marvin is an instant lap cat with a motor sized purr. Louie will take more time to familiarise with a new person. No garden care required, just watering a few house plants.

My house is located in West St Leonards, a seaside town , next door to Hastings. It is a semidetached from 1950s, 10 minutes walk from the seafront. It has 3 bedrooms, a large kitchen, a sitting room, a conservatory and front and back garden. Bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor. The bathroom with shower is separated from the wc. It is quiet and peaceful. The train station is a 10 minutes walk away and there are buses opposite side of the road. Amenities and shops are a short distance away.

The house is away from the road, so it's peaceful and quiet. The seafront is 10 minutes walk with a lovely promenade all the way to Hastings, taking about 50 minutes walk. In between you find St Leonard's Warrior Square with a lively main road, restaurants, coffee places, antique shops and others. Trains will take you to London in 1.5 hour, same for Gatwick Airport. Also to other seaside towns.
