Hello to all of you super cool house sitting hosts!!

My wife, Maressa, and I, are really excited to be here and hopefully look after a few of your pets and take great care of your houses too.

We are a professional, non-smoking, South African and Brazilian couple. We met while both living in London and are currently enjoying a year travelling and exploring the world before we relocate to Ericeira in Portugal.

We both work online, Gareth as an Executive Coach and Podcast Host, and Maressa as a specialised Digital Marketer.

In London, we owned our own property for the last 15 years and believe that home is where the heart is....is that corny enough?! LOL. We loved our house and looked after it with the utmost care and believe that when you stay in someone else's house that you should care for it more than your own!!

We are both outgoing, fun, happy, caring, trustworthy and loyal people and always look for the positivity in life and best in people.

We really love animals dearly. Gareth grew up with pet dogs, birds, and ducks and Maressa many pet dogs. Our first purchase when we get to Portugal will be a dog from a local shelter.

We love the outdoors and keeping fit, we also really enjoying working hard on our businesses and are ideally looking for places where we can easily integrate into the natural surroundings and also feel comfortable at your home to work away for hours and hours each day.

We are passionate, fun-loving and extremely respectful people. We are non-smokers too. We are more than willing to share all of our social media accounts for any vetting that people would like to do beforehand.

We cannot wait to start off this housesitting journey and really look forward to hearing from you.

We are massive advocates and believers in the sharing economy and are so glad that the housing market/economy is one of the ones leading the way.

We also know of the fears of leaving your house alone, without anyone to care for it, especially for longer periods of time.

We are currently travelling the world and have spent a lot of time in Asia, Africa and now South America, using AirBnb, and then found out about TrustedHousesitters, Nomador, Workplace, etc and think it is one of the best ideas out there.

We love animals and also being in a house that has more space than just a bedroom. We want to do this as we are all for win-win
