Appartement au 3ème et dernier étage d'une résidence tranquille dans un quartier calme de Rezé. ( 10 min de Nantes ) Très lumineux et fonctionnel, mon appartement est entouré d'une terrasse de 40m2 ou il est toujours plaisant de regarder le coucher de soleil et d'y boire l'apéro !

Rezé est situé à 10 min du centre ville de Nantes en voiture, c'est une ville très agréable avec une impression d'etre un peu a la campagne tout en étant en milieu urbain. Elle bénéficie d'un port de plaisance sur la Loire dans le joli village de Trentemoult (5min de l'appartement). A noter aussi que Rezé se trouve à 45 min seulement des stations balnéaires de la côte Atlantique et vendéenne.

My best present for the last Christmas was an opportunity to meet Rougail for the second time. Rougail is a happy, handsome and wise cat, always in the good mood. And like two years ago it was a pure pleasure to spend the weeks with him by cuddling, playing or talking☺️ to him. He is not only the best listener, but it seems that we have had the same opinion on everything except of amount of kibbles he should get. Rougail lives with his Mistress in the beautiful decorated and spacious apartment with all one needs for feeling comfortable and foremost everything perfect functioning, till the smallest detail/equipment. Thank you, dear Isabelle, for your incredible kindness, generosity and ability to understand and solve everything quick and in the most easiest and efficient way.
