What a coincidence. Delphine is also in cinema field. She is curator at film festivals and she is such a nice person. Hector, the dog, is amazing. So friendly. Full of life. Love to eat a lot. Ampelokipoi and Panormou neighborhood is great. You can even walk to the city center in 40 minutes. Metro is very cheap and effective, 1.4 euros for 90 minutes ride. See you maybe again next year :)
