Have a large staffy Cross very friendly to humans but not so much to other dogs. Likes to chase animals and annoy cats. Must be walked on a lead and can be strong when she spots kangaroos. Cats self manage themselves and only need feeding as with the birds. Horse and donkey may need feeding depending on the time of the year but will need water checked. If feeding needed it will be throwing hay over fence and maybe feeds made up put in bucket.

We have a couple of spare rooms and a bathroom for visitors. The beds are king singles so not good if you wish to share. Large house with two lounge areas. Plenty of room for parking.

Lots of local hiking trails within 200m. Also good for bike riding. Native birds frequent garden and in summer echidnas. Wallabies, kangaroos and deer in the area. Lovely garden especially in autumn and spring when bulbs out and trees in blossom. House great in summer as very cool. Recently renovated with new carpet and living areas.

All mod cons but on a dirt road but only 700m of it. Lots of walking tracks very close. Good also for bike rides. Nice local wineries. On the edge of the Dandenong ranges close to puffing billy and only 45 mins from Phillip Island. One hour to the city on the train.
