The flat is located in the city of Brussels but in a calm residential area, very close to a big and nice parc. The sleeping room is in the inner side, so we don't hear the Street at night. There are small local shops in the neighbourhood. City center is easily reachable by common transport (tram and bus)

Brussels is full of museums, cinema and has a food culture with chocolate, waffles and of course a high amount for beers from microbreweries with a lot of taste. The rest of Belgium is easily reachable by train: in maximum 1.5 hour, cities like Bruges, Namur or Ghent, the North Sea coast or the Ardennes forest are reachable. Having a bike trip in the countryside is as well a good activity to spend on a free day.
