My cat is free to go in and out through his cat door and luckily does his business outside (so no cat litter, yay!) but he does come in mornings and evenings for some love & attention & food. I found that in the past when nobody was staying at my home or regularly gave him some hugs and attentions, he tended to wander of and got lost for a few weeks. So the friends stopping over for food did not do the trick. I also have quite a few plants but i only water them once a week. So i am looking for someone to actually live there while i am gone and take care of my cat & plants who also feels at home.

Taking care of Ilse’s lovely home in Ghent & looking after her adorable cat Stinkie was one of the best housesits we did so far (and we’re experienced sitters!) ;-) Ilse’s home is very warm and cosy, with lots of character. We felt at home immediately! Stinkie is a very sweet, happy & independent cat, very easy to take care of and wonderful company! Thanks a lot Ilse & Stinkie!!
