We will be away during the summer months: in ground irrigation and a lawn cutting service in place. The house-sitter would care of a few house plants and basic weeding, dead-heading and shrubbery trimming in addition to the normal care of the house and property.

Character home in well established neighborhood; walking distance to all services, must be interested in gardens as house sitter would carry out basic flower maintenance, car available (standard shift) for local travel (within Alberta), use of main floor with large bedroom, bath, tv room, dining and front room and well appointed kitchen. Washer and dryer in basement (clothes line). Second floor closed off with owners personal contents.
One hour drive to Banff and the Rocky Mountain National Parks, many festivals and activities in Calgary and area throughout this period.
