We have a sweet cat who likes to be around us, play, and talk. She is very sweet and independent, she doesn't wake us up and is very clean. She likes to go outside on a leash from time to time and show her favorite toys. The place has ten plants or so, they need watering every 3 days during the summer and are pretty easy to deal with.

Big artist loft with two separated bedrooms in the heart of Quebec city with everything at 3min walks + lots of national parks around. Very sunny, extremely high ceilings, modern and renovated, great kitchen and a lot of space to live as a couple or tiny family.

the place is structured into 4 half floors (tiny stairs) so every room is independent (hall, guest room, livingroom+kitchen+dining room + bathroom, and then our bedroom) It is very spacious and modern. Everything is accessible walking and we can lend a bike or two. You will find multiple parks around, it is in between st Roch and st Sauveur. The building is extremely quiet.

As you are in the heart of Quebec city it is very easy to walk to any museum, festival, theatre, etc. If you can rent or already have a car park Jacques Cartier is nearby but also Mt St Anne, Charlevoix, etc. You can go hiking, kayaking, mountain biking, discover microbreweries and great restaurants easily
