There are 4 dogs of mixed breed. Three are between medium and large and one is a small terrier mix. They require walking once per day, feeding twice per day. I may have 2 of the dogs go to a guardaria, if 4 is too many for the housesitter(s). They sleep inside at night. There are plants around the outside of house that need watering periodically. It rains enough so the garden plants and trees should not need watering.

I’ve included 3 days before I leave and one day after I get back. Those are flexible days, but it would be good to have time to give you necessary information and show you around the area before I leave.

It’s a very tropical setting without the tropical heat. Bus, cab and other transportation is available either at the door or within a km from the house. The neighborhood is safe and the neighbors are friendly.

The patio is really lovely and a great place to relax in a chair or hammock. There is no TV, but there is wifi so streaming is available. The guest bedroom has a king size bed, and the kitchen has a microwave and electric oven, in addition to the stove. There is a working wood fireplace in the living room for chilly evenings. A weekly housekeeper will keep the house clean.

Most people don’t speak English, so some Spanish would be helpful, though there’s always google translate.
