I live near Place de la Nation wich is an awesome area, very well related to the whole city (metro line 1 and many others) and close to Bastille, le Marais, Père Lachaise and Republic. The apartment has been fully renovated 4 years ago and is very well equipped. It's a big studio, very luminous with a balcony and great view on Paris roofs and the sky. I love it and I'm sure you will too. Paris life is just at your feet, the surroundings are both animated and peaceful, depending on your mood :)
