We have two black cats (sister and brother) who need to be fed morning and evening. We have front and back vegetable gardens that need to be watered. And some houseplants that require weekly watering. We have a robot that cuts the grass for us. You'll need to start it up and as needed pick up any large branches beforehand or fallen fruit. We are open to a family but the house is small and bed-wise, we have space for a couple in the master bedroom. And a twin bed in the guest room - so family friendly for a family with one child, or two children if they don't mind sharing the guest room and putting a second mattress on the floor.

Very peaceful. Mostly hear the sounds of birds. And occassionally cows, pygmy goats, chickens, and sheep. In town (2 1/2 km away) there is a produce shop, a little market, a café/bar/Tabac, butcher, bakery, and a very small farmer's market every sunday. 15 minutes away is a larger town with cinema, theatre, larger farmer markets and commerce. Lots of good hiking along the Seine or in the forest (Foret de Bretonne is not far).
