We have 2 Black Labradors, and a small flock of female sheep. A head count of the sheep and given water when necessary Grass would need to each week . We do have a sit on ride mower and a self propelled mower for you to use. The pathway would need weeding but this is just a case of using the large spray container filled with weed killer and water.

Old farmhouse the country with large gardens for relaxation. Home is clean and comfortable with a lovely log fire in the lounge We do have central heating for the winter months running off wood. We are in the process of reroofing the out building therefor there are a lot of broken and complete roof tile about.
