Our cat, Mieke, lives in the apartment. The house-sitter will preferably be a cat-lover who can feed the cat his two meals a day and change the cat litter. We are looking for someone who is meticulous and who will be careful to keep the windows and bathroom door closed for the cat's safety. As the apartment is a studio, you will be sleeping in the same room as the cat, who might try to share the bed with you. Notre chat, Mieke, vit dans l'appartement. Le house-sitter sera de préférence quelqu'un qui aime les chats et qui peut donner à manger au chat deux fois par jour et nettoyer sa littière. Nous cherchons quelqu'un de méticuleux qui fera attention à garder fermées les fenêtres et la porte de la salle de bain pour la sécurité du chat. Comme l'appartement est un studio, vous dormirez dans la même chambre que le chat, qui essaiera peut-être de partager le lit avec vous.

We would like the housesitter to arrive the day before we depart so that we can spend a bit of time with them and let the cat get used to their presence. Our return date is not fixed yet (we will know in a few days) but we can adapt to the housesitter's schedule. The apartment is located in the Talensac neighbourhood, a few minutes' walk from the beautiful Île de Versailles and the famous Talensac Market. The apartment is connected to the tram network, with Motte Rouge and Poitou tram stops just a few minutes' walk away. The city centre is accessible on foot in about 15 minutes. Absolutely fantastic homeowner. Highly recommended. Joane and JB helped in everything before we came, even suggested buying tickets if we are in trouble with the French language. They prepared everything for our comfortable stay including Nantes map and information about all sightseeings. During our sit, they answered all our questions very quickly. After our home-sit we got some presents, it was a nice surprise.
