The house is on the hills of Nice, so in a quiet and green residential area 15 minutes from the city centre. You need to take the car or public transport to go shopping or to restaurants as there are no pavements and it is steep. Rewarding as very peaceful gorgeous and relaxing green environment with lots of birds and sometimes wild life. Amazing views from the different outdoor spaces.
