Both the Villetta and Trullo are Poolside and form my small rental business. For the first time I am considering letting out the Villetta for the period of mid November to March. This may suit an elderly couple wishing to avoid a severe winter.
The way my properties are setup all services, (water; hot and cold and electricity) are provided by the main villa as such, I will require a small charge to cover these costs. I am currently thinking £100 per week plus £50 per month electricity contribution. The only other expense would be that the persons renting would be required to purchase their own wood pellets for the pellet burner, which provides internal heat. Electric blankets are supplied.

The TV does not have an aerial so terrestrial channels are not possible. The wifi is free and unlimited so streaming to the TV should not be an issue. There is a vast array of dvd's to choose from and a significant book library, some of which are in the villetta and some in our villa. The sound system is panasonic and will play Aug, Bluetooth, cd, ipod, DAB.
The swimming pool is jnlikely to feature in this letting period due to the temperature, however it is large and has a single depth of 1.6 metres a very easy swimming depth.
The barbecue and dining area at the side of the swimming pool; the poolside gym will be packed away for the winter period to avoid rusting.
Though the Villetta is geared for summer letting, the kitchen is well equipped. The washing machine is located in the laundry at the end of the villa and access is available at all times.

Notre séjour s'est très bien déroulé, grâce à l'accueil attentif et amical des propriétaires qui ont consacré une journée à nous faire découvrir le fonctionnement de leur domaine et leur environnement.
Ils ont été faciles à joindre tout au long du séjour pour répondre à toutes les questions et nous aider à résoudre les quelques difficultés techniques rencontrées.
