My villa is situated in a 13000 sqm ancient olive and almond grove, in a quiet countryside located at 6km between the historic towns of Ostuni and Ceglie Messapica. Its in a countryside but the closest beach is at 20 min. This is a very beatifull and relaxing place!! The property is a mediterranean style trullo/lamia that has been recently renovated The villa comprises 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a kitchen with sitting area. The guest suite provides another double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and another double bedroom/living area. The property benefits from A/C, alarm system and electric gate Outside there is a private swimming pool and a veranda with seating and dining area. The top roof terrace enjoys a chillout area with wonderful views . Overall the house and suroundings are beautifull and you will enjoy the rural live of south of Italy!! NO PETS, NO SMOKERS, NO CHILDREN

You will be in a relaxing quiet place surounded by nature with great views! but at the same time you will have all you need at the closets towns of Ceglie Messapica and Ostuni at 10min by car and the big city is just at 30min away. The surrounded towns provides artisans products like bread, bakery, pasta, cheese, wine and many places to have a nice traditional food for a very good price in Osterias and Pizzerias!!
