"I want my family of four"- this is a 2 bedroom house, so probably not.
"Message me when you have dates between xxx and yyy." No.
"Are the dates flexible or can we only do part?" 100% no.
"My kids aren't over the age of 15, but they are mature"- no.
"I want to explore Japan- can you change Pebbles' schedule"- absolutely not.

I am also a professional tarot card reader and have over 50 decks on a shelf in the living room. If tarot cards aren't your jam- I understand but they are mine.

I am also Pagan and have an altar that can be cleared off and will look like a fancy wooden box. I understand those two fore mentioned items may be an issue which is why I addressed it early.
I do not own a kitchen table, I have a counter height bar with 2 stools.
Depending on your arrival date and time - I can pick you up and drop you off at the train station, or the airport depending on my work schedule.
I also have a TRX, yoga items, and resistance bands for active folks!
Beach towels and bag are also available!
My landlord has final say over who is approved, so please provide any websites, referrals, etc. He will also only approve sitters over the age of 30, and families with children over the age of 15, and prefers sitters who have either been to Japan before or have experience with very strict trash separating rules.
There is no exception to being over 30. Do not ask if you are not 30.
This is not the house if you plan on going to Yokohama or Tokyo every day. This is a great house to relax and recharge at in-between busy tourist locations, remote workers or digital nomads. I can not offer visa support.
I allow the spiders that enter my home to live there, as they keep other creepy crawlies away, if that's not your thing, please shoosh them out.
Pebbles is 12 years old an sheds, a lot, because of this have two roombas. The roombas run daily M-F at 0900, you may turn them off if you'd like.

Cardboard goes out Saturday (boxes must be broken down flat), the burnable days (all paper but cardboard including food waste and pizza boxes) shift around so i keep the trash can in the drive way, dog waste also goes in this can.
Pebbles has complete reign of the home, but does get kenneled if youre gone for more than a quick trip to the store (which is walkable).
There is a ROSEN and WELCIA with in walking distance as well as a couple of small ramen shops and a world famous pastry shop.
Bus station is 500 m and the train is about a 20 min bus ride. Beach is a 20 min walk. Bicycles are available for use, but a car is not.
