We have refurbished our flat 1 year ago, so it is brand new. It is ideal for 2 people: 1 room, 1 bathroom, 1 livingroom/kitchen and a huge terasse which is highly appreciable in Madrid to chill out, or enjoy a cofee/beer with view. And best of the best it is on the last floor (8th with elevator) so you feel like alone in town. The flat is really well located, in the center of Madrid (Metro Embajadores). Some walking distance with point of interest: 10 from the modern neighborhood of Lavapies, 10 min from el matadero y Madrid Rio, 15 from the Main train station (atocha), the Reina Sofia Museum. 20min from Sol (center point of Madrid) and Retiro. The neighborhood is super practical, you have all you need downstair: supermarket 7/7j, bars, restaurants, bakery, local market, theaters, gym. For the summer you also have the public swiming pool of Arguanzuela at less than 5min walking distance, you will really appreciare it (3,5€ per person). Finally, if you want to explore further Madrid you are very well communicated with all public transport, 3 metro lines, many buses, local suburbs train .... Well.... We are sure you will enjoy it as much as we do!!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Julian`s and Ivo`s apartment in Madrid. We loved the two cats Frigole and leon, such good company and nice characters. The apartment has a massive terrasse with a nice view and is very central. You can walk easily to any part of the city and the neighbourhood is great. Hope to stay again, already miss the cats and Madrid.

Julien and Ivo were super friendly and cared at all times that we were comfortable in their home. The house is well equipped and has everything to make you feel comfortable (even a large terrace). They also gave us many recommendations for places and restaurants in Madrid. It was a pleasure taking care of such cute and good cats as Frijol and León. They are funny cats and very good companions. Julien and Ivo are super friendly, kind and laid-back guys. They gave me every information I needed about the apartment, the neighbourhood and the cats to make everything nice and easy from the very beginning. It was very easy and fun to communicate with them during the stay and even after that. The apartment is in a very central location, nice and homey, clean and modern. It felt like home immediately. It's on the top floor of the building and it has a huge terrace with a nice view that makes you feel like you are on the top of the city. It's even better in the evening with all of the lights. Very cool! I loved it! Frijol and Leon are amazing! They are so friendly, nice, cute and just adorable! They were the perfect company during my stay with all that cuteness and lots of cuddles! Little tuna lovers, haha! I miss them already. I loved everything about my stay with Frijol and Leon and I'm really grateful for this opportunity thanks to Julien and Ivo!
