I am traveling regularly and i need a responsible person or a couple (i prefer one female person because my dog is a rescue dog and he is a little bit afraid of mens...but it depends..) to look for my lovely , old dog and my cat . They need food twice a day and the dog a little bit of walking every day (morning time when it is not so hot) for about 30-60 minutes around the house area or in known places which i can show you about 10 minutes form my house with the car. My dog (Kyra, 12 years old) ) is very well educated, easy handling once she trust you and will never leave the garden when she is outside. There is no barrier at all....Kyra is a very good guard dog and she only barks when someone comes. She can stay very well alone in the house for 4-5 hours in daytime (more in evening). There is also the possibility to leave her exceptionally in my horse hippoterapie stable (10 minutes to drive from my home) if you would like to make a longer trip but this depends to my …

Around my stable there are also some nice walks to make which she knows very well. I would show you all the possibilities. If you would like to make a longer turist trip and to move a little bit around , it is better to leave her at home or at the stable. She does not like very much unknown places and i would like that you are not leaving her to much alone , because she does not like it very much. She is used to be at my side mostly every moment....
The cat (Leo, 14 years) is completely independent, he can enter and go outside the house whenever he wants but he needs also food in the morning and the evening. I have also some plants to care (adding water) in the house and some plant pots outside (terrace). Mailbox should be checked every day.
The most important for me are my animals, that they are treated very well and with a lot of love and calme. The same thing i expect also for my house and my personal things. In case of need (dog, cat or other problems ecc.) there is always an emergency plan with my family or other persons which you can contact. Like i said, my dog is a rescued dog (very gente but a little bit shy..) and needs some time to get in touch with a new person thats why i prefer to find somebody which can spend at least 2-3 full days with me and her before i leave the house.

I have a nice guest room with a double bed and a beautiful view. The village is about 10 minutes by foot. I can leave my car at your disposition if you have an extra -insurance.

My old house is not luxuries but comfortable. There are quite a lot of CD's in the house. There is a TV with german, french and Italian channels and a Internet connection and my old DVD player is still going on.
My car (Daihatsu Terios) can be eventually at your disposition if you have a special car insurance from which a need a copy in case you need it.

The countryside is very relaxing, it is a little paradise!
It is absolutely quiet and very private. Outside you will find a barbecue possibilty and it it is just lovely to chill around on the terrace or in the garden. It is a good thing to have a car for traveling around. You need about 10 minutes for the nearest beach (Lago Maggiore), 20 minutes to go to the next shopping center, 3 minutes until the small village shop. Locarno is about 30 minutes to drive, Ascona 40 minutes, Bellinzona about 40 minutes, Lugano 50 minutes. The Italian border is very near (Dirinella) 10 minutes. The next Tourist office is also very near, there are a lot of beautiful things to visit or to do in Ticino or in Italy near the border (for example Luino or Canobbio market).
