We are looking for a fit, lately retired couple or working remote, nonsmokers, who will take care of our cat called Christi (12 years) and look after the apartement and the entire building. In the event of snowfall it is necessary to clear the entrance to the house and the parkinglot with a snow blower. We are responsible for the technical installations for the building. Therefore we are looking for someone with good manual skills e.g. to replace light bulbs, light tubes in the common rooms and take care of the heating system. And, if necessary give craftsmen access to the house on our behalf.

I had a beautiful stay in Andreas and Kurts home. They invited me to stay 2 nights before they left, gave me very helpful information about their home and the area and a very personal and comfy feeling. Christi the cat is very easygoing, smart and independant. She comes and leaves as she like through her catflap and does her business outside. The area around Obergoms is so beautiful and has many hikes and bicycle tours starting directly at the doorstep. I really enjoyed my stay there and hope I'll have the opportunity to return.
