Expecting ideally a couple or 2 or 3 people as 7 digs is starting to be quite a handful especially 2 new kangal pups recently rescued from the streets. Ideally someone with some experience in clicker training or wiling to learn. Only positive reinforcement methods. Its OK to correct but not bash, spray vinegar or other negative methods. The 3 pups are the ones that deserve the most attention. My 5 months pup has been trained since 6 weeks but is a stubborn breed. Consistency is key. The other 2 I am currently trying to find the time to train them, with basic commands and leash. The big ones live their own life. Kaya spends most of her time during the day sleeping in the house. Zeytin as well. At night they go out of the garden to roam around. Badem and luna stay out of the garden most of the time. Pups get fed 3 times a day. Big ones twice a day. I go on a walk to nearby beach almost every day with my pup Yaz on a long leash. All the others including the 2 new pups follow.

There are plants that will need a bit of watering but not too much as they dont need much water. Gardeners come once a week to maintain garden.
With the 2 new pups, there will be quite a bit of poop to pick up in the garden. They have not learned yet to hold it and wait to be out.
I place pee mats inside, but anyway get them out in garden to pee at night before letting them in. My 5 months pup Yaz now can hold it. It's just the 2 new ones that cant. Unless you wake up early at 6.30am or 7am then it would be OK. But better use the mats just in case.
They love to play together but sometimes play gets rough and needs a bit of moderating. Sometimes Yaz fights with the little sister and they need to be separated. But with time they fight less. Just a matter of time needed to find their place in the pack.

It's right near the water, just a 3 min walk. In winter, it's very peaceful as all the people left back to the city in Izmir. The house is part of a body corporate of 12 houses guarded 24hrs by four rotating guards. Its at the end of a peninsula hence very quiet. If you're looking for a secluded place to retreat while still having the company of the dogs this is the place ! Only 15 min from busy and cute old village of Alaçati and 20 min from Çesme and 1hr away from Izmir.

House is a summer house so would rather be transparent that it's not the most insulated house. But we are end of October, at night temperatures drop to 18 degrees C.i have not had yet to turn the heater on. There is reversible heating system( heat pump). I will try to get thick curtains installed to insulate better. The house in itself is beautiful. Its location even better, with sea views from the terrace. You're 3 min from the ocean. Cesme is 20 min away. Alacati 15 min away. And only 1hr from the international airport of Izmir. Nearest supermarket is Macro 5 min away or the supermarkets in Şifne 10 min away. There are 2 farmers markets per week. One in Alacati on Saturday all day and one in Ilica every Thursday, both 15 min away. You will need a car to not feel too isolated. I can contribute towards the cost of a rental car for the right candidate.
