Our home is clean, comfortable and easy to care for. All rooms have wooden floors with no carpets. It is conveniently situated just two minutes walk from Ballyhackamore village, (a suburb of east Belfast) with all the necessary amenities.
Our home is clean, comfortable and easy to care for. All rooms have wooden floors with no carpets. It is conveniently situated just two minutes walk from Ballyhackamore village, (a suburb of east Belfast) with all the necessary amenities.
Within a radius of less than two miles of Ballyhackamore there are three parks - two with playgrounds and one with a lake with swans, geese, ducks etc., a walk/cycleway leading in one direction for six miles to a nearby town and the other about 3 miles into the city centre via C.S Lewis square (with it's magnificent and very unuaual "statues" of the Narnia characters) and the Titanic Quarter, Stormont grounds with it's castle, wooded walks, outdoor gyms, playground and Parliament Buildings. There are free tours of the Parliament.
There is a very good hillside forest park and a seaside town just three miles away from which a sixteen mile coastal walk begins.
All the major tourist attractions of Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland are easily accessible by bus, rail or car. Dublin is 100 miles. There are ferries to Scotland - you can take day trips to Edinburgh & Glasgow etc.
