Expect the house owner to be kind and friendly. You can use all of the amenities here and hang out on the beach as much as you want. Honestly, I just need someone to spend time with my cat and help me organize my home. I’m an active duty military single person and I don’t have anyone at home to help me organize my stuff. I would really like to do this kind of trade while I’m away for a month. I just need help from somebody who is really good at organizing and has an eye for it

You can see downtown Los Angeles from the window. Honestly it is such a beautiful place to live and it’s so chill right on the beach. Everybody is super nice and I know you’re gonna have a great time here. I love living here and it’s like I’m living at a vacation. The title of my apartment building is called 1900 Ocean Beach club. It is in Long Beach California go ahead and look it up. Please let me know if you could help me out, I need somebody immediately that I can trust you help me accomplish these goals
