Feed the cats twice a day and clean the litter box 1-2x/week. Our black cat has a medical issue and must be checked on every day (no medicine, he just needs monitoring in case he has an emergency).
Houseplants need to get watered once a week.
The tortoise free roams the backyard and needs a bath 1x per 3-5 days depending on how hot it is.
4 ducks (fresh eggs!) that must be shooed into their enclosure at night due to raccoons. They love their baby pool, it gets dumped and refilled every 3 days.

Suburban house with access to bus routes and light rail to take to Sacramento. Only a 15-20 minute drive to Sacramento, 1.5 hours to South Lake Tahoe, 3 hours from Yosemite. Great spot for a layover to rest between other vacations or all on its own! 3 bedrooms, 2 are currently converted to offices, with updated kitchen and large sun room with projector. It’s a cozy retreat.

Friendly, safe neighborhood. Pretty quiet with great access to the jewel of the Sacramento area- the American River Parkway is 10 minutes walking or 5 minutes biking from our house. We have paddle boards, bikes, tubes for floating- just ask me if you’re interested!
Closed in backyard with a charcoal grill and lawn furniture. We have very warm nights this time of year and it’s wonderful to watch the stars in the back after dark.
Drink coffee on the front patio overlooking the nice front landscaping.
Kitchen stocked with every tool you could want for cooking (stand mixer, pasta maker, air fryer, burr coffee grinder, etc.).
