We have two cats that are a little over one year old. They're friendly and love to be outdoors but come in and cuddle with you for a nap. They can be let outside while you're home and need to be fed twice a day. Their litter boxes need to be cleaned and just give them some love and attention. We have some house plants and we'd like the mail brought in daily.

Westside Santa Barbara is fun, family filled neighborhood just a 15 minute walk from State street and downtown Santa Barbara. We're 1.5 miles from the beach and our home is quiet, charming and you'll love the backyard. Our cats are friendly but they like to have someone in the house with them. The city is very bike friendly as well!

A smaller city of about 100,000 it's very outdoor focused with hiking, swimming and everyone enjoying the outdoors. There's a great wine scene in the Funk Zone or up in the Valley, famed shopping on State street and the prettiest beaches.

Whit has been a lovely person to deal with- she gave thorough directions and explanations of how to easily care for the cats and home. The house itself it also lovely, as are the friendly and easy cats. I'd love to return again.
