Our dog is a bernedoodle (bernese / poodle mix). He’s 2 and SUPER FRIENDLY with a lot of energy. He loves to play and can get very excited (so sometimes jumps up because hes excited so not the best for toddlers) but kids and our 6 month old baby LOVE HIM. We usually walk him twice a day, or theres a dog park 5 min away. He does need to be on leash outside of the house. He sleeps on the floor of the master bedroom and loves snuggles. He’s a high energy LOVE. You can run and hike with him too if you want. He likes sitting out on the patio and just watching the birds. We also have a 13 year old rag doll cat who is SO CHILL. He just sleeps all day and has an automatic feeder. Super snuggly and quite and kid / baby friendly. He’s the most relaxed cat, you’ll forget he’s here. He just needs his kitty litter changed every few days and just not to be let outside. For our bernedoodle, Guru, he just needs walks or dog park / and fed dry kibble twice a day and his water filled. …

We also have a few outdoor potted plants that need to be watered quickly every 2-3 days, but we do have a gardner that comes 1x a week, and a pool guy that comes, so everything else is taken care of.
We have to go to switzerland for work (leaving June 12 or 13th and coming back sometime the following week) we are flexible! We are also looking for someone to come august 3-23rd.

There’s a jacuzzi and steam shower inside as well. The master has a beautiful balcony that overlooks the hills. Perfect for indoor / outdoor living! Tons of plants, and walking distance to a hiking trail in one direction, and a coffee shop in the other direction. 15-20 min drive through topanga canyon to the beach and the famous PCH! 30 min from the heart of LA.

We also have lights that are controlled by your phone throughout the downstairs and master bedroom.

You can spend hours relaxing in the garden, swimming, hot tubbing, and watching the stars but we are also close to infamous “hippy” topanga hiking trails and markets, as well as Calabasas (which has a great farmers market on saturdays). Sundays we head to the beach or up to Malibu (30 min away) for an adventure. We also have Whole Foods market 5 minutes away and the 101 freeway is only 4 minute drive away. Our master bedroom has a beautiful king sized bed, and we have two bedrooms for our kids with Queen Sized beds (we have one teenage girl and a baby, but the baby room is used as the “guest” room so there is a queen bed), there is a bassinet for a baby as well as baby equipment like a changing table, bathtub, toys, etc., and an office with a large couch that also can sleep someone. Enjoy all the amazing weather, hiking and relaxing with our home and animals!

We are close to mountains AND sea, and shopping and nature. You HAVE to check out the beaches in Malibu and the PCH! and I would definitely go to the calabasas farmers market. I would get a smoothie at Topanga living cafe ans then check out the little shops in topanga. You can take a surf lesson at topanga state beach or just relax! Some great restaurants are Joey’s in woodland hills, the Inn of the Seventh Ray In Topanga.
