Likely no yardwork at all that time of year - if there is any it's super minimal - (water a few potted plants). Keep the house clean, don't burn it down, pet the dog and enjoy yourself.

2 story home plus full finished basement in a very nice, quiet and safe suburb of Denver. Close to public transportation (buses and light rail). Grocery stores are within a few miles. 30 minutes by car to Downtown Denver, or 45 minutes by train. The primary guest bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite full bathroom. WiFi and TV with netflix and other streaming services, washer/dryer, full kitchen with 5 burner stove and double oven, dishwasher, heating and AC, gas fireplaces on main level and in basement, bluRay, Wii, ping pong, air hockey and foosball tables, etc. Relaxation/meditation loft. Large low maintenance yard with patio. Friendly neighbors. We have 1 loveable dog: Molly, age 12, about 40 pounds. Very easy going – just requires a walk a day, meals twice a day (she has a doggie door to go in and out at all times), and daily poop patrol. There are several trails, parks, and open spaces within walking distance of our home. We are looking for kind and considerate people to take care of our girl and home and enjoy beautiful Colorado as well.

Me and my spouse really felt comfortable and relaxed on our house sit. Darren and Sarah left very clear and detailed instructions and kept in touch during our stay. The dogs were truly the most precious and easygoing pups that we thoroughly enjoyed caring for. The home was lovely and simple to maintain, we really appreciated being in such a peaceful environment created by a thoughtful and kind family. Thank you much!
