We have two shy indoor-only adult cats. The main bedroom upstairs will be their refuge so you will stay in the guest bedroom downstairs. The DCA airport is 30 minutes away on a metro line or by car without traffic. BWI airport is about 45 minutes away by car and IAD airport is over an hour by car. There is a small grocery co-op in town and larger discount supermarkets nearby. There are bike trails that take you into DC as well. You can watch tv through streaming services, use the charcoal grill outdoors, and roast marshmallows over a fire pit in the backyard.
