There are numerous restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk from the house and Union Market is a short drive (or accessible by Metro and a short walk). The Red Line Metro (CUA/Brookland) stop is 3 1/2 blocks (6-9 minute walk). Union Station is 3 Metro Stops away for day trips to Baltimore or Philadelphia.
