I have two friendly Bengal cats. They need to be fed twice a day and played with. They are social and just want to hang out with you - I work from home so they are used to my company and I just don't want them getting lonely while I'm gone. I have an automatic litter box that would just need to be spot cleaned during the week and emptied 1x/week. The one cat needs to be given a pill 1x/day - he’s a spicy boy during this so you have to be comfortable with this task. Other than that, water a few plants weekly, take the mail in from the mailbox. Say hi to the gardener :)

Very relaxing home with quiet neighbors. Really a slice of south Florida paradise, with palm trees and lush vegetation. Home is located in a pristine, tree-lined neighborhood, great for walks. The house itself is easy to live in and take care of. Lots of space but not overwhelming. Separate office space. Master bedroom overlooks the pool. A short (10 minute) drive from downtown, where there are great restaurants and a top-rated beach. Groceries 3 minute drive. Larger shopping center 5 minute drive.
