Lily is a small mixed-breed (Jack Russell) rescue dog. Very sweet but also very shy.. She will need twice-daily walks and play in the yard. She will play fetch for 15 minutes or so. She loves her belly rubbed, and expects you to do so when ever she leaves the house. She spends a good deal of time on the master bed when she’s not outside. She loves to lay in the driveway in the sun and explore the property. You will need to keep an eye on her while she’s outside as she will leave the property. She will come when called “Lily Here” . The cat, Charlie, comes and goes as he pleases. He is very vocal when he wants to be fed or he wants to sit next to you on the couch. He’s been known to bring his kill into the house, not so much lately, but don’t be surprised. Both pets are fed twice a day. Both love attention. They should not be left alone for too long. You maybe able to have a neighbor come in and walk Lily if your gone for the day.

Very quiet and peaceful. Beautiful and breezy, no need for air conditioning. This is one if absolutely needed. Third bedroom is et up with massage table. There is a second house on the premises. Would like to make it available for rental if you can manage the comings and going’s of short term renters Normally rented on AirBNB. You can use the car if you are an insured driver.

Theresa was a fantastic host, everything went very smoothly. The pets were no trouble at all and Lily is possibly the nicest dog we have ever met. Theresa left us with detailed instructions which was much appreciated. She has a wonderful home in a wonderful part of the world.
