The apartment is on the northwest side of Chicago, directly overlooking the north end of Humboldt Park (the actual park). It's the top floor corner unit of a 3-floor walkup. It has 2 beds, 2 baths, two kitties + lots of plants. There is in-unit laundry and a dishwasher and the apartment has an immense amount of natural light and a back deck area.

The apartment is a relatively open floor plan with lots of natural light all day. It's great for just relaxing, spending time out on the deck or roof, as well as exploring around the park or neighborhood.
The closest bus stop is on the corner directly outside the apartment, and the closest train/L stop is about a 15m walk. Plus, you can easily walk, bike ride, or scooter, to many popular spots nearby.
