Our spacious condo can sleep up to 6-7 people. There is a king bed, a twin bed, a loft double bed, and a Murphy double bed in the living area. The kitchen was recently renovated. Everything is walkable in this neighborhood, such as restaurants, cafes, markets, shopping, and more. You can walk to Lake Michigan in less then 10 minutes. There is a Metra train stop and CTA (Chicago Transit Authority) bus stop within a 5 minute walk, which gets you to downtown Chicago in 15 minutes. There is a nice neighborhood feel to the area, while all the amenities of the big city are just a short distance away.

This is the perfect place to enjoy all the cultural activities that the city of Chicago has to offer -- museums, shopping, architecture,etc., while also enjoying the neighborhood where the University of Chicago is located. In warmer weather, we are close to two beaches on Lake Michigan.

Katy and her family were very welcoming when I stayed with my sister to look after their 3 cats, Buggy, Cowlick and Whiteout. Their cats are pretty independent but do like to play sometimes. Very comfortable house to stay in with really easy transportation around Chicago with local bus. There is a bus stop just round corner. Really appreciated having a meal together and the bus cards. Thank You Katy and family.

Tout s’est très bien déroulé durant mon séjour, les chats étaient adorables, je n’ai manqué de rien, la maison était dans un quartier calme et bien desservit par un bus qui emmène dans le centre de la ville en 15 minutes. J’ai pu profiter pleinement de Chicago, la ville était superbe, j’en garde un agréable souvenir, encore merci !
