Our dog is a mixed breed but looks like a small black lab. He likes to be walked as often as you like but a minimum of once per day. The rest of the time he can be let out in the back yard with supervision. His food and water get filled once per day. Clean water always. He has beds all over the house but usually sleeps in my bedroom at night, so may want to sleep in your room on his bed. He does not go on beds or furniture! The bird needs fresh food and water daily and a cage clean once during the stay. I have both indoor and outdoor plants. Indoor plants need once per week water and outside plants in pots need water if it doesn't rain. If rain, there are 8 pots that are covered that still need water.

Restored Manor House in Evanston, Illinois one block to Lake Michigan beaches and walk to town and trains. It's a short drive or take public transport to downtown Chicago. There is a nice patio in the yard with a grill. We supply beach passes and gear as well as bikes. The property has won several awards for restoration and design and been featured in movies and TV shows.

We offer beach passes, beach gear and bikes. The home is filled with art and we don't watch TV. There are two outdoor areas to enjoy - a terrace and an outdoor patio with a fountain. There are outdoor speakers at both locations.

The city has tennis, paddle boarding and boats to rent nearby. There are 3 grocery stores walkable and we have bikes and beach gear. The town is walkable and has great coffee shops and restaurants as well as boutiques. Northwestern University is a mile away and Chicago is accessible with public transport. Both train stations are walkable.
