We live in an updated house (built in 1920s) within walking distance to the commuter line that goes into downtown Boston (45 minutes.) Five minute walk to the town square in Natick with shops and restaurants. Ten minute drive to Natick Mall and Shoppers World with just about every store commonly found the in US.
We have Washer / Dryer on 2nd floor. Pet sitter will get their own bedroom.

Workout gear is available in the basement. We have an keyboard, classical guitar and electronic drum set.

We live near the town square of a typical New England town. Houses in our neighborhood are very close together so you can hear the neighbors conversations when they are outside, however, everyone is very considerate of noise. There's a church nearby that chimes on the quarter-hour and plays carillon music on the hour. There's usually someone out walking their dog or taking kids or grandma for a walk. Sometimes you can hear a baseball game being played the next block over in the park. You walk to the square (two blocks) where there are cafes (some have little grocery sections), clothing and gift stores, banks and churches. The commuter stop is just off the square. There is a library at the end of our street. The Natick Mall and Shoppers World is a ten minute drive.

It's been very light since Covid, but gradually picking up again in June 2021. Boston has world-class museums, aquariums, and tons of things to do along the seashore. Some beaches have residential restrictions and hard to find parking, so we can leave a list of the best beaches that are easy to get to! You can also go west to for spectacular rural hiking and camping.
