We have one dog, she is a dachshund mix and about 13 years old. She is healthy and needs a walk once a day. She would go with you if you wanted to walk more than that, or just be outside, but is also happy to snuggle up where ever you are for the rest of the day. She needs to be fed twice a day.
Also we would ask that you get the mail in every day. Water the pots by the front door and on the patio if no rain for a few days. Put the trash and recycling bins at the end of the drive for early Monday morning pick up and bring in later that day. Check the sprinkler system is working, it will be set up to run over night automatically on a schedule. We would let you know the schedule for when landscapers will come to mow and edge the grass or trim trees depending on the season. If you enjoy gardening there are beds around the house and a xeriscape that can always use pruning, trimming, weeding as most gardens can, but it isn't required.

The natatorium is 2.7 miles from the house and offers an outdoor waterpark with lazy river as well as indoor facilities. The area is perfect for walking.

Denton also has a good selection of restaurants, theatres, two Universities. a vibrant live music and art scene. There is also a light rail service from Denton into Dallas. The drive into Dallas or Ft Worth is approximately 45 minutes.
