We have three rescue dogs. They are all small to medium and were former Italian street dogs. Two have only 3 working legs. No special needs. They need to be fed twice a day and let out for potty breaks. Also one dog loves her play time, but yard is plenty big for running and playing.. The cats are sweet, but independent. They need to be fed and litter box cleaned. We also have a new addition a few chicks! They will need daily care, feeding, watering and health checked. They are our pets too!

Our home is never far from fun! If you love hiking, mountain biking and exploring we are only 30 minutes from the Shanadoah National park. We are also less than 30 minutes to many US historical sites, such as Monticello, Civil war sites etc.. Charlottesville is also known for wine making and we have dozens of wineries to visit and also Bold rock cider! I love this house for the peaceful setting and location close to all the fun!
