Hi there, I'm Katie, I'm a freelance illustrator and remote part-time English teacher. I'm British, based in Madrid where I have been living for the past 8 years. I love travel, meeting new people and spending as much time as I can with animals. I'm creative and enjoy spending my time reading, studying and discovering new places which inspire me in my work.
I grew up with dogs (border collies) and have always wanted to have pets of my own with the small setback of living in small apartments in the city without a garden! I have been housesitting in the UK and Europe on and off for the last 5 years and have absolutely loved it. I love getting to know people's pets, experiencing new places and meeting the loveliest people along the way and so housesitting is really the ideal thing for me!
Now I'm in my mid-thirties and have decided that I'd love to travel more and generally spend more of my time doing the things I truly love and so I welcome the opportunity to take care of your pets in your home.
