I'm an adventurous person who enjoys being outdoors and spending time being active (better if I can share it with a little partner). I consider myself as a responsible, reliable, open-minded and down-to-earth person who is always smiling. I'm a risk taker capable of adapting to new circumstances and have no problem striking up a conversation with a total stranger.
When I travel I love to get to know the locals and their customs, and I'm always up for a challenge. I thrive in a culture where others share my deep appreciation for land, animals and healthy lifestyle. I'm keen on learning about cultures and customs that are different than my own, enjoy listening to people's life stories and a deep conversation, whether it is philosophical or spiritual. I believe life is something to explore and experience firsthand.

I really appreciate people who trust strangers to stay in their houses. This wonderful act of faith deserves to receive the best care and respect for their animals, plants, and properties. I believe that there is a right moment for something to happen, so I patiently wait for the 'universe' to show up the adequate place and people. That's how my experience as house sitter has built itself up. I've been offered unexpectedly to take care of animals and houses in all the cities I've lived in as visitor scholar: Lausanne (Switzerland), Denver and Boulder, CO (USA). I took care of a cat, a dog, as well as a family of 3 (two dogs and one cat). All experiences were amazing and I'm still in touch with owners.

My professional career has been mainly centered on sports science in which area I have worked as kids' coach, researcher, and lecturer/professor at the university. I earned my doctoral degree last year (2017). I live between Malaga and Alicante (Spain) and move as many times as possible throughout the year. I would be happy to have new opportunities as a house sitter. I've learned from my past experiences that being outside my comfort zone brings happiness to my life and serving others in exchange makes it much more valuable.
