Hi, everyone,

Experienced home sitter, animal lover and lifelong traveler here, coming your way from Vancouver, BC [Canada] via Paris [France].

Directing, photography and writing take up most of my time right now. They allow me to work remotely, once in a while, which I tremendously enjoy, as I love discovering new places.

Non-smoker, have been a vegetarian for over a decade, though I am open to all kinds of lifestyles, as new exchanges are genuinely enriching. Regardless of the environment, I do believe in treating all that surrounds us with care and respect.

Since I’ve always adored animals and nature, pet sitting was a frequent part-time job in my youth. I also spent most summers of my childhood partnering up with a likeminded cousin, to bring all kinds of rescues into our beloved grandparents’ small home. From abandoned kittens to an injured pigeon, we could always count on their loving nature to help us nurse and attempt to save each one.

Throughout the last 10 years I have moved around a ton due to both work and life. As a result, I have had the fortune to return to being a stand-in parent to a range of dogs, cats, birds, the occasional reptile and a couple of really cool tortoises. A handful of my furry friends were on the senior side, so they needed special attention, such as medication, or in one instance, extra love and care during their final days. No plant in need of watering has lost its foliage on my watch yet, though having a real garden is still a dream.

Thus far I have found myself sitting via old fashioned "word of mouth" // direct recommendations whenever there was a need, but since moving constantly, especially since moving to Paris, a couple of years back and living in places so small that don’t even fit dust bunnies, I have been missing having a pet regularly, so here we are.

Recently, I have decided to explore house sitting platforms as a means to render service whenever possible when I am on the move as well and of course, to get to know the world in one more different manner.
