My name is Jenny, interior architect turned English language teacher, from Dublin, Ireland. I returned to Ireland from living in Australia after five years, in 2016, where I worked in retail design. En route back home I spent quiet a while in India to further my studies in Tibetan Buddhism and meditation. This practice is now fundamental to my daily routine. I speak some French.
I qualified as an English language teacher in 2017 and teach online part-time from home, which I really enjoy. This means I am flexible to travel anywhere, as long as I have access to a strong internet connection. More importantly, I work everyday which means I will be at home with your pets most of the time.
Kind, clean, reliable, and trustworthy, I highly respect others privacy and personal belongings. Vegetarian, non smoker.

Why do I want to house-sit?
I started pet and house sitting in 2012 in Australia, and have had some very positive experiences. I love the company of animals. I find it incredibly calming.
I have since house sat in Ireland, Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam. I am currently in Albania.
I have a full international driving license with a clean record and would appreciate access to your car or motor bike while I sit for your pets, depending on the location.
One my most unusual fury friends includes a Bulgarian speaking rainbow lorikeet parrot which I looked after at my home in Melbourne. Alas, the only English words I managed to teach him was 'Come here'.

Jenny took care of my cat for around 1.5 months in Siem Reap while I was away, sent me regular updates, and kept the place super clean - actually it was even cleaner when I came back! She was so sweet from the beginning and I was so comforted to know that my cat was in her care! Jenny is a spectacular person and sitter with lots of experience with different animals and I can't recommend her more.

Jenny is a skilled, intuitive, reliable house sitter. I never worried about my home or cat while I was away (for two months!).
