Hello, we are experienced house-sitters and a forever travelling couple in our 30s. I am Claire from Scotland & my partner, Sandy is British/Indian.
We met in Australia, 10 years ago, where I had my first house-sit experience looking after two farms in Central Queensland! Sandy is also from a farming background and we both have lots of experience looking after all kinds of pets/ farm animals. Our most recent assignments have seen us caring for cats, dogs, a rabbit, horses, donkey, sheep, cows, goats, chickens and pigs!
We are an easy-going couple that enjoy living a simple, peaceful life. Experienced pet sitters and considerable knowledge in the garden or on a farm. We have experience in all manners of living situations and we are always responsible and respectful of your homes. Our extensive travelling experiences have taught us to appreciate the simple things in life and to make the most of opportunities that arise. This attitude insures that we always give 110% to our house sitting assignment and ensure all your needs are met!
House sitting/ care-taking is what we do. In the past couple of years we have finished a long term house sit (10 months) in France and enjoyed the summer at a three month house sit in Rome, Italy. Next we headed to another house/ pet sit in Bulgaria for two months. After that is an exciting month in Sweden over Christmas & New Year! Then back to France for the first half of the year and summer again near Rome! So we are looking for house sits worldwide, and we are more than happy to pet/ farm sit too! We are huge animal lovers and really enjoy getting to know your pets and caring for them as if they are our own! Passionate about the great outdoors you will often find us out hiking, running or cycling. Our only request is good WiFi as we teach English online and dabble in freelance programming. So far we have completed several house-sits in France, Italy, Bulgaria, UK, India, Sweden and Australia.

Claire and Sandy are fantastic homesitters! They really love pets, our dog and canary were perfectly looked after. Pakman had many long walks with them in our countryside and really seems to have enjoyed her time with them. They frequently gave news and whenever seemingly important letters arrived ( mostly taxes and invoices ????) they contacted us. They also took care of our garden and houseplants. Our orchids were splendid when we returned. The house was very clean and tidy and we were warmly welcomed home by this charming couple. We highly recommend them without the slightest hesitation! We hope they'll have the opportunity to come back and we intend to keep in touch with them Nous avons eu la possibilitéde prolonger notre séjour de 15 jours l'esprit tranquille grâce à leur gentillesse et leur bienveillance. Claire et Sandeep sont des personnes adorables, attentifs, très attentionnés, riches en eux même et à découvrir. Notre chat, lapin et nos poules vont être triste de leurs départ. Après presque un an nous avons retrouvé notre maison et notre grand jardin impeccable, ils ont parfaitement bien géré et nous ont donné très régulièrement des nouvelles et nous les remercions du fond du cœur. Se sont des personnes de confiance et à qui l’on peut confier sans crainte nos animaux, notre jardin et notre maison. A recommander les yeux fermer! Nous serons ravis de les revoir.
