We are a non-smoking, responsible English couple. Being homeowners for many years we are experienced in the running and maintenance that goes with home ownership. As for pets we have had our own dogs over the years, cared for family and friends dogs and cats and undertaken dog sitting assignments.
My background is in special educational needs and counselling where I have spent 30 years managing and teaching a variety of subjects and students, which I loved. My husband (Ian) has a background in printing and later running his own gardening business. He is a natural with all things practical and nothing phases him.
We love to travel savouring each town or village we encounter, experiencing the culture, food and local markets. We enjoy meeting new people and their pets, exploring new places and would love to house sit for you. We are honest and trustworthy and will care for your home and pets as though they were our own. Leaving your home and pets in our capable hands will give you confidence to enjoy your travels knowing that all will be well on your return.

We were very happy to have Gill and Ian staying at our house for the duration of our holidays. When we got back, the house was pristine, we had two delicious salads prepared in the fridge and a nice bouquet ! Everything was perfect and we would be happy to have them homesit in the future.
