We are a couple who love long walks and being surrounded by nature, we are both kind, caring people who find it rewarding to help others. I enjoy reading and my partner loves listening to music so we are also more than happy to sit inside and spend some quality time with your pet/pets. My Mum is often camping so we regularly look after the house and pets for her meaning we have a lot of experience managing a property. I have a dog and a cat and my partner a dog, we have both grown up around animals and are therefore naturals and instinctively affectionate towards them. We feel choosing a younger couple to house-sit is beneficial as we can balance the workload between us and use our energy and enthusiasm to go above and beyond your expectations. I also have resources just a phone call away from my dad who has overseen a lot of building work and was an electrician so is very handy in any property malfunctions! I have been bought up to love the land, spending a lot of time on our allotment in my early years so just let me know if there is anything you need doing in your garden. My partner works as a retail assistant and I currently work as a barista and this is where most of my experience lies, however I have also been a customer service advisor for an insurance company, volunteered in a care home, acted in movies/tv shows and babysat for various families so although young I have learned to be responsible and independent. We feel we have outgrown our small corner of the world and are keen to start on our own path and see as much as we can through travelling!
