I'm a retired French teacher and mother and, recently, a grandmother. I like to travel and most recently it's been to Oakland to visit my grandchild, but now I'm ready to return to France where I like to spend a good 3 or 4 weeks. I have a P-Patch, community garden and I love to garden, bike, hike, read and cook. I live with a 7 year old tabby cat, neutered male who is timid; I adopted him during the pandemic as a 5 year old. He has warmed up to home exchangers though when I leave. My home is spacious, comfortable and quiet and located near Seattle Center on top of Queen Anne hill, beautiful and residential neighborhood which is also well-served by public transportation. There are plenty of shops, cafes and groceries within walking distance. I don't own a car and am able to everything by bus, bike or on foot.
