Michael and Cheri are warm and helpful hosts. They have a beautiful, comfortable home in the heart of Cuenca. Everything you could need is within walking distance. They even took the time to show us their favorite restaurants, vendors, and markets around the city before they left. Michael and Cheri did a wonderful job of explaining the hows of caretaking their home. They were candid about their needs and expectations and answered all of our questions, both before we arrived and during our time together at the beginning of the stay. We take our responsibilities as sitters very seriously, and their approach made it very easy to do our job. They even have a "user manual" for the house! We have not had, nor can we imagine, a more perfect house-sitting opportunity. By far the best experience we've had. We would go back in an instant.
