Je m'appelle Mónica et je suis professeure d'espagnol dans un lycée à Barcelone.
Je suis une personne sociable, j'aime voyager et connaître de nouvelles cultures.
J'aime les animaux, surtout les chiens et les chats. J'ai une lévrier adopté et aussi une chat. J'aime passer du temps avec eux, faire une promenade et jouer. Je n'imagine pas ma vie sans animaux.
Je voyage avec mon partenaire Alba et maintenant avec notre petite fille Helena.
J'ai déjà fait six Nomador -nous allons chaque eté avec la même famille au Jura- et l'experience a été fantastique. Pour moi, il est idéal de pouvoir le faire en prenant soin des animaux d'autres personnes qui en ont besoin.

My name is Mónica and I am a teacher of spanish in a high school in Barcelona.
I am a sociable person, I like to travel and to know new cultures.
I love animals, especially dogs and cats. I have an adopted greyhound and also a cat.I love spending time with them, going for a walk and playing. I do not imagine my life without animals.
I travel with my wife Alba and now with our child, Helena. I made six Nomador (every summer we go to the same family in the region of Jura, in France) and the experience has been fantastic. For me it is ideal to be able to do it taking care of animals of other people who need it.

Mónica and Alba are a wonderful couple, they greeted me with open arms, provided all the necessary instructions and information, and made me feel extremely comfortable in their house (they even left a night before to leave me their queen bed, and made sure there was sotmething in the fridge to kill the midnight munchies ;)). Kami - the cat - is abosolutely adorable, she's super cuddly and easy-going. We slept hugging each other (and her murmuring lullabies to me), she also kept me company during the working day (normally pushing her way onto the chair, behind my back :)). Even though being an mayor lady, she poses no problems when it comes to administering her medication, and is in good physical shape. She loves affection, and eagerly gives it back :) The flat is modern, bright, and pleasant to work or relax in. The neighbourhood is well communicated and safe. Thanks Mónica, Alba & Kami!

I spent one lovely week taking care of Monica and Alba's delightful cat, Kami. Monica and Alba were very welcoming, and communication was easy and uncomplicated. They went out of their way to provide a detailed guide on how to take care of Kami and how to make myself comfortable in the home and in the neighbourhood, and they prepared me a delicious meal for us to share on the night that I arrived. Their home is clean, orderly, well equipped and comfortable, and Kami is a friendly, cuddly kittie who loves to be combed. She was fantastic company, and I hope to see her again! Thanks for a wonderful stay Monica and Alba!

Monica qui est venue de Barcelonne est une personne très sympathique, attentionnée, respectueuse, elle nous a bluffée par sa facilité à s'adapter à notre maison et aux habitudes de la famille.Toujours souriante Monica parle très bien français, elle nous a donné régulièrement des nouvelles de nos 3 chats dont elle s est très bien occupé ainsi que le jardin, les fleurs et l entretien de la maison. Nous vous la recommandons même si on aimerait la garder pour nous!!!
